a. If you are not sure about your size, and the best way to find your size you can watch a “How to video” on the sizing chart page or  order our 'sample sizing' packs. The sample pack have one of each size nail so you can find your perfect fit before ordering.  

b. You may measure your own nail and find your size from our picture guide. Check our Size Chart page for more info. Also, we recommend selecting a Full Set (20 nails) for your first order if you aren't confident of measuring your nails! It's better to spend a few $$$ more than to risk disappointment!

c. The size info is needed as all sets are Handmade sets. 

Nail Glue- Can stay on for up to 1-2 weeks. Make sure to follow the correct nail prep process to insure long lasting wear.

Nail Adhesive Tabs- Can stay on for up to 3-5 days. It's perfect way to wear it temporarily and easy to remove/ reusable!

*Try to use both together for the long lasting wear and to prevent from popping off by itself randomly.   

Yes, our handmade nails are reusable if you take good care of them wearing and during removal process!  If you prefer nail glue, we would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file so you can gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails to clean up before you reuse it. You can purchase one on Amazon for 9.99

Handmade nails come with either 10 tips or 20 tips individually made nails. If you are a fan of thicker quality nails, we strongly suggest to try our handmade sets.

Every order (not each set and with the exception of sample sizing charts) will come with a prep kit (a mini nail file, a nail buffer, a cuticle stick, an alcohol pad, nail glue, 1 sheet of nail adhesive tabs, a storage box and detailed instructions on how to apply/remove your press on nails.

We ship all orders with USPS and ship from Florida. *Please note that process time does NOT include shipping time. Again, current process time for all handmade sets is 1-2 weeks.

Yes, the back of the nails are pre-buffed to assist in the application of your press on nails and ensure long lasting results. Yes, you still need to prep your nails, the instructions are included in each kit.

Yes, there is a possibility that the design will slightly vary however, every attempt is made to keep the design as accurate to the display picture shown.

While some images are hand painted majority are applied with water decals. While We take every precaution to avoid tiny air bubbles in the images, occasionally this may happen. Please be mindful of this when purchasing nail sets with images.

Yes, you can submit images of other nail work but please keep the following in mind:

-The picture is for reference and will not be copied 100% the exact same out of respect for the original artist there will be variations.

-The colors and material used to create the nail set are unknown therefore, the nail will be created with best color match and gems available.
